In this newsletter, I will detail WHY there’s a petition filed to impeach Bob Ferguson, current attorney general and gubernatorial candidate for the 2024 election. This petition was initiated by Cody Hart, a fellow WA state patriot.
Paul Tappel is a civil engineer, and fisheries biologist, whose firm 'Fisheries Engineers, Inc', has been involved in designing culverts and small bridges throughout our state (Washington), for at least 35 years.
Sometime in 2021, he (through his firm 'Fisheries Engineers') brought forth a lawsuit against the State of Washington (which includes Bob Ferguson, and the Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors), as the defendants/respondents. The suit was regarding the enforcement (or lack thereof), of state employees claiming to be qualified as 'engineers'. There was no enforcement or assurance that the people using the title, were either:
a) qualified to use the term 'engineer', or
b) were ACTUAL, professional engineers who went through years of training and certification through the state), as defined by the actual RCW definition of an engineer, These were state jobs being advertised, seeking people who claimed to be ‘engineers’.
The definition of what an engineer is, as defined by state law, was not being enforced by the state attorney general OR the state board of engineers). A negligent action of this magnitude, can be very damaging to the engineering profession; especially to those who spent much time and money, honing their profession, and abiding/complying with state guidelines and requirements. It can also leave to loss of life, as well as millions of dollars paid out in damage. These individuals claiming to be ‘engineers’, would be drawing pensions, even though they aren’t qualified to do so, and they’re hired by the State of Washington.
The presiding judge of this case (case 18-2-04658-34*, Thurston Superior Court Judge Sharonda D Amamilo), ruled Ferguson had committed 'unlawful acts', in his capacity as attorney general).
Non-enforcement of the law, would technically be considered 'negligent', and is covered under RCW 9a.80.010, (1)b, as well as 29a.56.110, (1)b.
This is a violation of Ferguson's oath of office, as he (Ferguson), is sworn to uphold the laws of our state. It’s a condition of his ability to hold office as attorney general.
By declaring his candidacy (declaring his candidacy, by providing false information, knowing he broke the law), Ferguson ALSO committed a class C Felony (RCW 29A.84.311).
This is a recallable offense, as well as an impeachable one, as covered under the Washington State Constitution, Article V. Under Article I, section 4, we have the right to petition the government for redress (the state version of the US Constitution 1st amendment, re: seeking redress).
Ferguson's position as attorney general, is an office in which he can be impeached. Impeachment includes not only removal from office, but a permanent ban for running for ANY office in Washington state.
The state House of Representatives is the legislative body that would initiate the impeachment inquiry, and the state Senate would be the body to conduct the trial.
A 2/3 majority vote in favor of impeachment, would initiate the act of Ferguson's removal from office.
In order for there to be an impeachment inquiry, a special session of the legislature would have to be called.
It would be up to the lieutenant governor, to call this special session, due to Inslee's lawful 'disability' (Inslee, by virtue of being governor, was a co-defendant in the case Fishery Engineers, Inc filed against, and is unable to maintain impartiality.)
The most notable part of this impeachment petition, is despite the many unconstitutional acts Ferguson has engaged in (in his tenure as state attorney general, and there are DOZENS), this is the one unlawful act that's on record, as a statutory judgement. The case for impeachment would have to be taken up as soon as possible, as this has the potential to disenfranchise millions of voters, and create a larger case of election interference.
The Ferguson situation may be the beginning of a large chain of dominoes, ready to fall. If Hobbs, the secretary of state certifies the election, knowing that Ferguson isn't qualified to be a candidate for governor, then Hobbs is ALSO guilty of malfeasance, and can ALSO be impeached. Then there's the lingering threat of federal election interference indictments, once Trump returns to office, as President of the United States. In fact, this one case, has the potential to bring the entire Olympia regime down, ala 'Temple of Solomon', due to election interference.
For the meantime, stay frosty. More information will be posted, as things develop. There is much work to do, dear patriots.

Fantastic news! Thank you Jen! 👍🏻
Disbarment should also be a factor in this case as well, IMHO
