When law enforcement won't enforce the law...

malfeasance, part 3

**trigger warning: the following post and video will either make you feel ill, disgust you, or just give you cause to rage**

For anyone who hasn’t been following the events surrounding Bob Ferguson, the unlawful attorney general of Washington state (who’s ALSO the Democrat gubernatorial candidate for 2024) has violated his oath of office (to uphold the laws and Constitutions of Washington state, as well as the US), committing malfeasance. Malfeasance is automatic disqualification from public office, as well as immediate removal.

The video that’s being posted, details multiple conversations with:

• the Olympia Police

• Thurston County Sheriff, criminal division

• the Secretary of State Steven Hobbs

• Washington State Patrol, criminal division

In point-blank, blunt terms: the aforementioned law enforcement agencies have refused to do anything, regarding filing charges against Ferguson (who’s committed malfeasance, as well as file a false declaration of candidacy for office, which is a class C felony). The reasons vary from ‘not our department’, to ‘no enforcement authority’, even though violation of law is very clear in both the RCWs, as well as the state constitution.

It should be mentioned, that as a condition of employment, and exercising the privilege of being elected to office, that you swear to uphold the laws and Constitutions of Washington state and the US.

Not only is corruption running rampant throughout our state, due to rigged elections, and systemic election fraud; there are law enforcement agencies who are knowingly negligent (allowing corruption to continue, with zero enforcement).

This likely confirms how much of a ‘Just-Us’ system we have in our state…and why it needs to go like Y2k.
